About the game.
Tiflo 21 is an accesible Windows version of the popular Blackjack card game. The game can be play either in english or spanish language.
Playing Tiflo 21.
The game starts when the dealer gets two cards, one face up, one face down. Then, you are dealt two cards face up. You either stays or takes more cards to try and get closer to 21 without busting. Then, the dealer turns up the down card. By rule, on counts of 17 or higher the dealer must stay; on counts of 16 or lower the dealer must draw.
If you make a total of 21 with the first two cards (a 10 or a face and an Ace), you win automatically, unless the dealer also has Blackjack, in which case it is a Tie. The winner of Tiflo 21, is the first that reach 5 wins.
Accesibility of the game.
Tiflo 21 can be play by using either the keyboard or mouse. The game is self voicing, and include the option of pleying the game in spanish or english language.

The file to download is in zip format.
Once the software is downloaded, unzip it and automatically, a folder with the name of Tiflo 21 will be created. To play the game, simply run the tiflo21.exe file from the Tiflo21 folder. The game does not required to be installed.
